Our Mission

The mission of Réseau Santé au Premier Plan is to promote the health and well-being of the population through an approach that involves populations and health professionals to see a healthy and fulfilled community. Thus, we focus on improving the physical, mental, and social well-being of those who struggle to access to care. 

Our Vision

We envision a strong health system that enable easy access to healthcare and disease prevention services and healthy, self-sufficient, and thriving community wherever we operate. As such, we are committed to seeing all residents enjoy a high quality of life, achieve their health, economic, social, and educational goals and be part of a strong, prosperous, and caring local community.

Dr. Bourama Diakite, MD, MPH Board President & C E O

Experienced and dynamic public health professional with over 10 years of dedicated practice in optimizing organizational effectiveness. Dr. Bourama is deeply committed to fostering community development through health initiatives, including pivotal areas such as WASH, education, and programs promoting financial independence.

Mariam Traore, MBA Board Treasurer

Mariam is a seasoned international development professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager with Sankofa Consulting. In this role, she leverages her extensive global experience and evaluation skills to provide research and technical support. Her work empowers organizations to meticulously track their impact and derive actionable insights from data, driving meaningful improvements and informed decision-making.

Sory Diakite, M.Eng Board Secretary

With over 11 years of experience in the mining and metals industry, Mr. Sory currently serve as the Electrical Foreman at Loulo Gold Mine, leading a team of 30+ electricians and technicians responsible for maintaining and improving critical electrical systems across the plant and fleet. His expertise spans electrical wiring, project engineering, and maintenance management, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Dr. Amadou N’Famoussa Diakit, MD, MPH Board member

With over 10 years of experience in Mali’s health sector policy, Dr. Amadou N’Famoussa DIAKITE graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of Bamako (FMPOS) after defending his thesis on non-traumatic chest pains in the emergency department of CHU Gabriel Touré in Bamako in 2011.
