The Réseau Santé au Premier Plan, as part of the Initiative 3 Zero project, successfully conducted a training and skills-building session this Friday, May 2, 2025, in Djiguiya de Koloni.
Faced with the challenges posed by anemia in local communities, this training enhanced the knowledge and skills of 15 community health workers in three key areas: accurate clinical diagnosis of anemia, effective management at the community level, referral processes, and evacuation of serious cases to appropriate healthcare facilities.
Committed throughout this intensive session, the trained workers received a certificate of participation, demonstrating their diligence and commitment to improving health in their communities. At the same time, and in collaboration with the Coordination of Voluntary Blood Donors of the Yanfolila Circle, we formalized the establishment of the Local Voluntary Blood Donor Office, composed of 25 dedicated members from Djiguiya de Koloni. This initiative aims to ensure better blood availability for patients in critical situations.
Through this initiative, Santé au Premier Plan is actively contributing to a more robust healthcare system, rooted in prevention and community solidarity.
At the Réseau santé au Premier Plan, we make healthcare a right for all!
