A Fulbright scholar, Dr. Bourama is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology of Bamako, Mali, where he earned his medical doctorate as a general practitioner. He also holds a master’s degree in public health system management and policy from Montclair State University in New Jersey, USA. His professional qualifications include certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, business administration, and grant and funding development and management.
