Dr. Bourama Diakite

Experienced and dynamic public health professional with over 10 years of dedicated practice in optimizing organizational effectiveness. Dr. Bourama is deeply committed to fostering community development through health initiatives, including pivotal areas such as WASH, education, and programs promoting financial independence. Proficient in strategic decision-making and collaborative problem-solving, he excels in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to reach goals and objectives. His expertise spans across various domains including monitoring and evaluation, program coordination, grant sourcing, and proposal composition. With a proven track record in managing both staff and community programs, he is wholly dedicated to steering business and organization operations towards success.

A Fulbright scholar, Dr. Bourama is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology of Bamako, Mali, where he earned his medical doctorate as a general practitioner. He also holds a master’s degree in public health system management and policy from Montclair State University in New Jersey, USA.  His professional qualifications include certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, business administration, and grant and funding development and management.
